Services

We do accept cash, money order, and creidt card as payment. Phoenix offers excellent treatment at affordable cost ($15.00) per group/session. There are no tricks, no sliding scales, no insurance -- just a flat fee of $15 per group. This lowered cost is part of the service we offer to the community. It is also a way our Director of Counsling gives in return for his gift of life - an organ transplant. There are no inflated intake or assessment fees (as you have already done an evaluation). Some people may put $15 on their price description, but please note that it is part of a sliding scale. The cost of our individuals are $35 per meeting.

We gained our experience by working with populations in the public, residential centers, house arrest, homeless shelters/domestic violence shelters, DUI/possession cases, family therapy, and outpatient treatment. *We only take individuals who are 17 and over [OR those who have been charged as an adult]. If you need further asssitance with a minor we can assisst the guardian with approporiate referrals. We also do not allow our clients to bring a "guest" with them to their groups.

Fri -- Paola Office is open from 5:00p to 7:00p (group is at 6pm)

Sat -- Noon & 1:30p (Group on March 3rd will be at 9-10:30a & 10:30-Noon )(March 10, 2012, Saturday group will be at 5pm)

Mission office closed on Sunday and Monday so we may spend time with our families. Any phone calls will be returned Tuesday morning.

INTAKE

Before an individual can begin any of our programs they must complete intake. Intake consists of your demographics, an orientation to our policies, and your releases. Intake does cost $15 as it does count as one of your sessions. Intake generally takes most people 30 minutes or less. We do intakes at:
T -- 10:30a or 5:30p
W -- 5:30p
Th -- 10:30 or 5:30p
Fri -- 4:15
More specialized times can be arranged when you call for your appontment.

We do have a professional Breathalyer testing instrument. Groups are random are picked to provide BAC results to ensure individuals in our treatment program are sober.

Highly trained and certified staff. Including, M.A., Ed.S., B.S, LAC, CRADC, SATOP QP ( OEM, OEP, CIP), KGC I, CADC II, SB-123, D.O.T. SAP.
